Adjustable Line of Sight is one of the Key features of the EYE SHOOTER.
Any device without these abilities would not be a very good one.
There are 3 ways to adjust the perfect line of sight for shooting hands free.
1. In selfie mode just look into a mirror, I call it a mirrie.
2. Get a friend to do a facey and adjust the perfect line of sight together.
3. When in front camera view, take a few test shots and adjust camera angle sight line accordingly. Once adjusted, the socket knob tightens to lock in your line of sight.
4. Use the Light, it's the easiest and best way to adjust line of sight.
How? Stand 3 to 5 feet from a wall. With your eyes level looking straight ahead, turn on light, adjust the grip clip till the center of the light area matches what your level eyes are looking at.
Now tighten ball socket mount to set. Once set, what ever you look at (with level eyes) is what will be center framed*. This is what we call line of sight.
Fine tuning center framing. Because smartphone cameras have lens in different area
of the phones surface, mostly on the left or right corners, horizontal framing of a subject can
be off center. Plus most phones can shoot in many possitions.
It is possible to fine tune the perfect line of sight for horizontal framing.
Know where your lens is and point it slightly towards your eyes level line of sight to compinsate. Once set, look at where the center of the light beam is. For example if its center right take note so you can quickly adjust and fine tune on the fly.
You are now hands free.
Doing Facies - People can see themselves in the screen.

People can see themselves in the screen. Put your camera in selfie view and turn camera around facing your friends.
Using the Eye Shooter Headband, it's now possible to record and have fun
doing Faceys. Generaly people use the front screen lens to record and for using the light in darkend areas.
Sometimes it's just best to use a tripod. This feature was designed into the headband mount.
Just atach your tripods mounting plate with 1/4 20 thread into the eye shooter base brass 1/4 20 insert. Then attach plate to your tripod.
